-Albus Dumbledore

Welcome

Hello and welcome to my online portfolio! I hope this will help you better understand me not only as a person but as an educator as well!

About Ms. Messer

My name is Brittney Messer. I am from Pflugerville, Texas but have recently made the Fort Worth area my home. My passion for teaching started when I was in first grade. My teacher, Ms. Hill, made me love school so much, I would come home and play teacher. In high school, I started coaching gymnastics to 5 and 6 year-olds and absolutely fell in love with working with children.

After high school, my journey led me to Stephenville, Texas, where I continued to follow my dreams of becoming a teacher by being accepted into the Teacher Education Program.

I graduated from Tarleton State University in May 2018 with my bachelors in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in EC-6. Throughout my education, I have had the honor to work with 1st, 3rd, and 4th-grade classes.
